All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

**Shipping Confirmation & Tracking**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.
**Split Shipments**
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
**Incorrect Address**
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
**Delivery Issues**
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
**Customs, Duties & Taxes**
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

**Returns**
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers must contact us first to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
**Non-Returnable Items**

**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
**Order Cancellation**
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
**Incorrect Address**
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
**Delivered but Not Received**
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly.
However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.
**Chargebacks & Disputes**
We encourage customers to contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and timely manner.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.
